The Master of Economic Intelligence and StrategyPOSTGRADUATE IN COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE
CONTEXT AND OPPORTUNITY OF THE TRAINING
Globalization and globalization have caused upheavals on a planetary scale such that they invite to rethink the strategies of States as well as of Companies, both in their fields of action, their room for maneuver and the means at their disposal.
Globalization and globalization, even though they imply the opening of borders, the acceleration of liberalization, the accentuation of interdependencies, do not mean the end of the balance of power, whether political. , military or economic. This is precisely where Economic Intelligence (EI) emerges as the appropriate response to the challenges, which, in this context, organizations, whether States or Companies, must face.
In an increasingly competitive and globalized market, the control and protection of strategic information constitute real success factors for companies wishing to achieve their objectives.
It is in this context that the CEDS of Dakar, with the support of the Senegalese Government and in partnership with the School of Economic Warfare of Paris created in 2009, the Pan-African School of Economic Intelligence and Strategy (EPIES) to support the public authorities and African decision-makers in the field of control and strategic management of information assets for development.
The Postgraduate Program in Economic Intelligence and Strategy is a high-level program which aims to support African public authorities (through the qualification of decision-makers and young executives) in the field of mastery and strategic management of information assets. in the service of development.
This program aims to develop in participants the skills associated with economic intelligence: (i) information and knowledge management, (ii) protection of information and knowledge assets and (iii) mastery of strategies of influence and counter-influence.
It aims above all to bring participants to appropriate all the opportunities offered to them by Economic Intelligence as a cultural and operational response to the problems of globalization and the globalization of the information society.
